Witchy Vibes
It’s October, which means my need to watch childhood Halloween classics and films that generally give me the fall feels comes on full force. From Hocus Pocus to Halloweentown, You’ve Got Mail to Sleepless in Seattle, you’ll find me camped out in front of the tv in a mountain of cozy blankets and a facemask—smack dab in the middle of my happy place. The other thing that happens is that my outfit choices take on a witchy tone. Not in a costume-y way, but in sort of an atmospheric tribute to the season (think: pointed leather boots, smokey eye makeup and deep, dark nail color). Here’s one example of how my inner witch takes over my outfit selection this time of year. But rest assured, it won’t be the last…it’s only October 5th, afterall.
